Why does nobody read anymore?

Why is it so difficult for people to read instructions given to them in plain sight?

 

Do we blame the school system? is it the short attention span of people?, caused by today's instant everything on the net syndrome?

 

I just don't know, but these people should stop complaining when things don't go their way. I can't tell you how many comments, articles, and reviews I have read where the authors just don't get it about our software. Our software is completely free for download, free of hidden tricks and underhanded advertising, and free of third-party software installations without consent.

 

If only they read the installation instructions given to them in plain sight, written clearly and concise on every web page below every software application or office suite's description. I don't even want to mention about the very nicely written "Read Me" files that accompany each and every download.

 

Why is it so difficult for people to read anything these days?

 

I just don't know!

Perhaps many think its boring, or to difficult to read - specially the Read Me files, as it might relate for many as something like manual that so many of us really do not like..., and to read more then 20 lines (visually) something that we think might not interest us we skip the things that might be difficult or just... basic thought that many might have in head "how could possible they know what we need in OUR computer... "

people feel they lack time, and they lack things that turn them on when they read... so for sure, who would wanna spend time for Read Me's ...

Actually it is interesting topic as well.. as if we would really know how and what to read.. the World would/might be then with much less possibilities for the Ones who have not jet able to step on the moral train (as the reason of free software) of life and riches ... but we will :)

/(and like this captchas these days... so many of then are not readable to so many people, even after 5th reload - for the ones who know, its possible to reload... we like kind of forget, there is newborns in the internets every day... do we have luck to re-call how much did we who started 10y ago... make sense of what is possible? ... so now when there is So many more ways - how should first timers know... after every first time... as many of us do not return to unpleasant feelings or happenings - specially the ones that made us felt intellectually lower .. unless there is money spent, strong money that forces us to know that they was right and I have to accept.. and to submit and obey the biggest and strongest .. we kind of feel a bit stronger and smarter, safer.. )/

neeh.. last part was kind of flow around... but will be expressable in coming times
