CloudFlare... Our Saviour

Posted on November 3, 2016 at 5:45 AM

Due to the immense and vicious DDOS attacks on our servers for the last couple of weeks, did I decide to take matters into my own hands.

I did this by placing our website on CloudFlare. This seems to be the best thing I have ever done. Not only is our website a million times faster than ever before due to the local caching on servers worldwide, but we now also have protection against DDOS attacks.

So please enjoy our super fast, completely secure, and always on website!

I have recently (last week) downloaded Excalibur from your site. I am running Windows 10 with defender. When the software was downloaded, defender reported a virus and promptly deleted. I then looked into defender and it said the virus was a Trojan and named it Win32/Spallowz.A!cl. Questions: Were you aware of this as possibly happening? It this truly a Trojan virus? What are your suggestions please? Thank you for your help.

Hi Sean,

Please rest assured that all our software is safe to download. This problem has already been reported here on our blog.

The problem is that Microsoft has decided on their own on what is allowed to be downloaded and what.

Please read the following blog for a full explanation on this issue:

-it-again-

The virus, it so called detected, is our LAN communication video phone. It contains special server components that is also sometimes used in Trojan viruses.

Again, I must again emphasize that all our software is safe for download!

If your need any further assistance or information, you may contact us using our contact page: http://www.ssuitesoft.com/ssuiteonlinesupport.htm

Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. We will try again to inform Microsoft that our downloads are safe for download.

Kind regards

Henk
